Perry Carnegie Library
Internet Use
All library computers have high speed internet access.
Before printing, click on the “Print Preview” to determine if printing is set up properly.
The charge for prints is 25 cents and color prints are 75 cents per page.
Computer Access
We offer 12 computers for public use–
9 for adults and 3 for children.
The adult personal computers are loaded
with the Microsoft Office suite.
The children's computers are loaded with educational games and are protected by Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA).
Internet Use Restrictions and Filtering
ALL Internet-capable computers are locked down with the SonicWALL content filtering system. Among other things, this system restricts access to inappropriate websites, as well as popular social networking sites such as MySpace.
Content filtering is done in accordance with relevant legislation for the protection of all library users.
Perry Carnegie Library cardholders must have a signed Internet Use Agreement on file in the library to be able to use the Internet.
