Perry Carnegie Library Policies
The objective of the Perry Carnegie Library is to provide free library service to all persons in the community. Materials such as magazines, newspapers,
and pamphlets, as well as fiction, non-fiction, reference books, and audio-visual materials will be provided. Computers with CD-ROM capabilities and other
new technologies will also be made available for patron use, as funding permits. Community needs in the area of library service will be assessed periodically,
and materials and programs will be provided to meet such needs.
