Public Fax Machine

FAX machine charges are $2.50 for the first page; 75 cents each succeeding page (outgoing); 75 cents each page (incoming). International rates: $5.00 first page, $1.50 each succeeding page.

Public Copy Machine

Enlarges and reduces. Black and White copies are 25 cents per page. Color copies are 75 cents per page. Double sided copies are 50 cents for Black and White and $1.50 for color.

Microfilm Printing

Microfilm prints are 25 cents each page. Most patrons use the microfilm reader to look at the old newspapers we have. They go all the way back to 1894 for different places in Noble County. Ask a staff member for more information.

Computer Printing

Black and white prints are 25 cents per page. Color prints are 75 cents per page.

Public Typewriter

Two typewriters are available for public usage. You must bring your own paper and other supplies.

Public Computers with Internet Access

Seven computers loaded with the latest Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and equipped with high-speed internet access are available for adults. Three computers with educational games (two with internet access) are available in the Children's Library. Some restrictions apply. Please see the Internet Access Policy.

Telephone Books

We have a wide variety of current Oklahoma telephone books. They are located in the corner behind the Biographies.

Interlibrary Loans

Can't find a book you want in the Perry Carnegie Library? You may now do a statewide search for the book online in the "Interlibrary Loan" section of the Oklahoma Department of Libraries website. If you still can't find what you are looking for, choose the WorldCat link on the same page and enter the log-in information that is available from the circulation desk. When you locate the book you want, email the information to our staff and we will have the book sent to us on inter-library loan. A $2.00 fee per book is charged to cover the cost of postage.

Meeting Room Facilities

The Thelma Knox Brown Conference Room is available for public use for meetings and programs of educational, cultural, and civic purposes. See the Meeting Room Policy for more information.
